All sanding unit can be pulled out of the machine for roller replacement, and all sanding roller adopt quick-changing interface, changes quickly and easily. All sanding units are equipped with electric fine-tuning lifts and independent swings.
PLC Touch screen interface control system to adjust the sand-rollers’ speed and lifting of the workbench. Intelligent remember the data of when polishing plates of different specifications and one touch to change polishing or sanding modes.
There is a double-faced grinding and polishing modes, Double-sided emery paper imported from Germany (coarse sand on one side and fine sand on the other) , free to transform between the raw material sanding and primer polishing by one-touch .
